Great news! :D Club Penguin's 10th Halloween Party has finally arrived. To start of the party, you meet Gary in the Plaza with a special task to preform. 

"Gadzooks! My great uncle Gariwald is lost in the Puffle Hotel and it's teeming with ghosts! What happened in there?!"

"Can you search the hotel for Gariwald? Maybe that new bellhop can be of assistance." To start the task, head over to the Puffle Hotel.

Skip welcomes you once you arrive. "Hi! Hope I didn't spook you. I'm Skip, the bellhop. I just started here and all this creepy stuff's happening!"

"You're looking for Gariwald? We gotta get power back to the elevator. I think the generator's in the Basement." Click on the stairway leading to the basement from the Puffle Hotel to get to your destination.

Once you get to the Basement, click the 3 power circuits until they all match up on green. This brings the power back to the elevator. (:

After the elevator is back and working, go to the 4th floor of the Puffle Hotel. It's called the sitting room. To unlock the first piece of equipment, throw snowballs at the 13 fires (candles) and you'll be able to collect the piece needed.

For the time being, there are no more quest for the Halloween Party. In order to accomplish the next quest, you have to wait until October 25th. So how do you like the Halloween Party so far? Besides the Puffle Hotel being decorated, rooms around the island are decorated just like they were last year. Check them out if you want.
