My Club Penguin Story

2007 - 2015

I've been playing Club Penguin since December 2007, when my sisters friend first introduced the game to me and my sister. Immediately my sister and I made accounts and bought memberships. For the first year or so I was pretty addicted to the game. [Stuff might be fuzzy since I was 7 at the time when I first joined.] My older sister on the other hand lost interest in the game, and ended up quitting CP. Then 2009 came around the corner and I made another account, Firepup16. I use both accounts now and then, but I use Firepup16 more often then Brice1624 currently. Anyway, I got bored of the game, and became inactive during the Summer of 2009. Once I came back, I was fairly addicted again, and my sister even decided to go on her penguin once in a while. I even had quite a few girlfriends on CP around this time. ;) When 2010 hit I became full on addicted to the game, logging on probably every day. I have not been inactive ever since then. Fun Fact - I haven't missed a pin since October 2010. ;)

In the beginning of 2013 I realized that in order for me to continue playing the game I love, I would have to do something different. Something that would help me connect to others that played Club Penguin. Thankfully my friend Pup1one told me that I should join Twitter, so on February 18th, 2013, I did just that! :) That's when my Club Penguin experience got even better! I made a Youtube account in May, and during summer vacation in Canada, I reached 1,000 followers on my Twitter account. I was beyond happy, and I'm still grateful! Finally, in September of 2013 I created this blog! (: It was fun at first, but even now I still don't post that often, and I get bored with it easily. Recently, I've been getting bored of Club Penguin too... Over the past year me and probably a lot of other CP players have been debating on quitting Club Penguin. The game itself isn't as fun as it once was, and since the focus of Club Penguin is on mobile, the web version is very buggy and the parties aren't that entertaining. I'm hoping the game will eventually become the game it was when I first started, but sadly it probably won't, and that's why I'm probably going to end up leaving before I turn 18. That's not the only reason I may quit CP however. I'm now 15, and I feel a bit old to be playing a children's game. Most people my age wouldn't be playing a virtual game, but like I said, it's apart of my childhood and it's quite addicting if you'd played it for as long as I have. I'm still debating on if I should quit the game now or later, and right now it's later. I love the game too much to quit. The Club Penguin Staff is trying their hardest to make the game entertaining for everyone too, so I'm not really blaming them for me losing interest. Anyway besides all of that, this next year will be my 8th year of playing Club Penguin, and I'm quite excited! Not only that, but it will be Club Penguin's 10th Anniversary as a game. That's quite a long time! :) I'm hoping to play the game for as long as possible, and I'm be quite upset if the game was deleted. Hopefully it won't be. That's pretty much all I have to say about Club Penguin. It may seem short and pointless to some, but I've loved this game and I'll continue to love it some more. Thanks for reading my story.

Club Penguin's Puffle Party 2015 was released just recently. Here is a walkthrough to the party, although you probably won't need one. ;)

Puffle Handler welcomes you to the Ski Village when you first log on. (:
"Crikey! The Puffle Lodge party was crashed. The fish cake is gone and there's a great big hole in the wall!"

"Hmm. There are wild o'berries all over. Can you help me find the giant puffle that did this? Take this backpack in case we need to explore."

Once PH is done talking to you, walk towards the entrance of the Puffle Wild. You will first arrive in this new room. Follow the foot prints.

Right after that room comes this new room. You'll first need to collect a food item. Both directions have different objects/foods. [Hint: If you collect all 4 Puffle Wild Food Items, you'll be able to collect free items!]

In order for the mysterious creature hiding behind the bushes to appear, you must find something that pleases it. If you go to the Ski Lodge/Puffle Lodge you'll be able to pick up the Fishing Rod to get him a fish. Go to the first area/room I showed and walk over to the pond. After you get a fish, head back to the table.

Sasquatch! :D "MORE SCALY FOOD! Mmmm! So filling!"

"Yeew! It's the Sasquatch! Poor bloke looks real hungry. Maybe he should keep the fishing rod."

"Here ya go. You can fish all you want. But why are you so hungry?"

"You solved the mystery! It wasn't a puffle that mad that hole, it was the Sasquatch all along. Only a true Puffle Guide could have made it this far."

After you go through PH's messages, there's a nice picture of Sasquatch and some puffles.

Once you complete getting the fish for Sasquatch, you can collect these 2 brand new items! :)

How did you like the party? Was it better than last years Puffle Party? :3 I'm glad that Club Penguin is listening to their players. 12 rooms are decorated compared to the few in the past parties! :D

Hello! :) Recently, Club Penguin released an new updated version of the Ski Lodge and the Ski Lodge Attic. Both rooms received a great new look, and I love the design of both of them. Puffle Handler welcomes you at the Ski Village to announce the new look of the Puffle Lodge and Mystery Attic.

The Puffle Lodge's outside appearance looks great too! :3

Once you get to the inside of the Puffle Lodge, you can how much the place has changed compared to the Ski Lodge. The moose head and fireplace are still there, however! :)

The Mystery Attic, a.k.a. The Ski Lodge Attic, looks fantastic as well. The old 'rocking horse' is still there which gives the room an old feel. Along with some objects from previous parties, there's a picture of the iceberg being tipped in the left corner of the room with a UFO in the picture. :o I wonder what that's supposed to mean.

The first of the 2 new pins, the Puffle Guide Pin, is located at the Puffle Lodge in the top left corner.

The second pin hidden on the island can be found at the Book Room, above the Coffee Shop.

What do you think of the updated rooms? From what I see on Twitter, a lot of people enjoy the new look! To me anyway, the updated rooms look better than the old. :P Next week starts the Puffle Party. Get ready. :)

Good evening penguins. Recently Club Penguin released their 299th pin. This pin is called the DJ K-Dance Pin, and you can find the pin over at the Beach.

Club Penguin's next pin will be there 300th! Wow that seems like an important pin. :3 What are your opinions on the new pin? Personally I think it's way too big, and they should hide their pins better.
